Price is
dependent on your needs. I can work on an hourly basis, so
if you need a few photographs of your ceremony with your
family at home, that is less expensive than a formal wedding
at St Paul's in London with 2000 guests. Please call me to
see if what you would like is what I can do best for you.
About six
hours is
usually enough time to cover the preparations, ceremony,
formal photos and a good part of the revelry of a reception,
and I am generous with my time. I will be flexible on your
wedding day, so if you need me for longer, I will accomodate
any changes.
All the
photographs are printed by a specialized wedding lab, Ultra
in Watertown MA, on professional Kodak paper with matte finish
to 4 x 6 inch size. They look great. Enlargements and fine
prints can be made from any of the images as the originals
are high quality.
If you
choose to have all digital photos, I use a camera that makes
up to 95 meg files, and those can be seen without making
prints, but the prints become a little more expensive from
edited files.
If you
prefer film, my preference for its inexpensive and more
permanent original negatives,
either high or low resolution digital files can be made from the negs. All the images
are provided on CDs with about 50k files for computer use,
or the high resolution files from negs are about 20 megs. For special images,
higher res files can be made, up to about 100 megs.
The large
files are good for making really high quality prints on fine
art papers. The image quality is amazing.
The negatives
are yours to keep at any time. I usually hold them so that
I can help with making any enlargements or special prints,
digital retouching, exotic paper prints, beautiful albums
or whatever is needed. I use only the highest quality materials
and products.
